The One Piece MetaKira (metallic foil) Luffy collectible card is a highly sought-after promotional item from Japan’s Shueisha Summer Comic Fair ("Natsu Comi").

It features exclusive artwork of Monkey D. Luffy enjoying a slice of watermelon, complete with a printed reproduction of One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda's signature.
